Astley & Tyldesley Cycle Speedway hosted the Midlands / North Regional Round 2 of the Cusack British Youth & Junior League at Gin Pit. A & T's youngsters turned in a great performance to finish 2nd out of the 6 teams present. John Nuttall, mounted on a new bike, won three of his four races in his category, to record his best ever score for the team. Adam Phillips and Damien Hack were both unbeaten in their categories, with Becky Heslop also scoring well.
