Astley & Tyldesley held the annual Club Individual Championships under the Gin Pit floodlights on Tuesday evening. 15 riders turned out for the event, which was run on a Ladder format, with four rounds of qualifying races, followed by a round of finals with an open draw for gate positions. In the 'A' Final, the riders lined up in grid order of Emily Burgess (1), John White (2), Levi Edwards (3), Frank White (4). John sped away to take the race win and overall Championship win, with Emily keeping out Frank to secure second place and Levi finishing fourth. The respective winners of the other finals were Oscar Belt, James Jackson and Finlay Brent. The awards to the various category winners will be presented at the annual Club Presentation event in the winter. A&T Club Individual Championship final positions: 1. John White, 2. Emily Burgess, 3.
