Astley & Tyldesley raced to an easy 90 -47 win at Heckmondwike in Sunday's Northern League match on a very hot and sunny afternoon. Every A & T rider won a race, with Tomasz Wlodarczyk once again racing unbeaten. Warren Mee put in a great performance for A & T, epecially when holding James Carter from the grid in heat 8 and leading until the very last bend. For Heckmondwike, James Carter and Darren Kent raced as competitively as ever, with Roy Heslop and Dylan Radcliffe borrowed from A & T to make the numbers up. This win keeps A & T at the top of the table, although Tameside in 2nd place have two matches in hand.
