TRAINING SCHEDULE

Each Training Session will consist of a 1 hour Session Plan.  Riders will be allocated to groups, as numbers present and age/ability warrant.

The Training Session will be conducted by the club's two BCF Club Coaches, Mike Hack and Gary Nuttall.  The coaches will select the Session Plan to be adopted by the group.
